Customer terms
Draft for owner review. Business details and operating decisions are still required before live commerce.
Using MCPlugs
MCPlugs helps customers discover digital Minecraft creations and access their purchased releases. Keep your account secure, use accurate contact information and respect other members. Do not upload malware, exploit the service, impersonate creators or redistribute files without permission.
Before ordering
Read the product description, supported platforms, Minecraft versions, dependencies, license scope and support expectations. Each checkout covers one product from one seller through one payment provider. The product page and provider checkout identify the price and currency before payment. Any applicable tax must be shown by the configured checkout.
Access to digital content
Access is granted only after verified provider confirmation, or after a successful free claim. Browser redirects do not prove payment. A product leaving sale does not normally remove previously granted access. Access may be suspended for refunds, disputes, malicious files or other documented safety reasons, with a support path to investigate.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support if content is faulty, materially different from its description or not delivered. This draft does not assume that downloading automatically waives a statutory cancellation right. Any legally required consent must be obtained in the final checkout flow.
Changes and disputes
Material policy changes will be announced before they apply where required. Existing order snapshots preserve the terms recorded at purchase. Applicable jurisdiction, business identity, complaint escalation and the final allocation of seller/platform responsibilities must be completed before live commerce.
