Refunds & access

Draft for owner review. Business details and operating decisions are still required before live commerce.

Start with your order

Open Orders, select Get help, and describe the issue. Include the product version and what happened. Do not post card information, raw license keys or private payment evidence publicly.

Provider review

Refunds are reviewed against the product description, applicable law and the payment provider’s requirements. A transaction screenshot alone is not proof of ownership. A refund request is not a completed refund; the provider’s confirmed status is authoritative.

Digital-content rights

This policy does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule and does not remove mandatory consumer protections. The final operating policy must address cancellation, faulty or misdescribed digital content, eligibility and any required express consent for immediate supply.

Effect on access

The current application suspends access for disputed orders and revokes it after a provider-confirmed refund. Any partial refund currently sends the complete order to review and suspends download access. A won dispute can restore access after provider reconciliation. A refunded order cannot be restored by a delayed payment-success event. Contact support if the status appears wrong.

Processing time

Provider and bank processing times vary. Orders show the latest confirmed status; support can investigate a pending or failed refund.
